Responsibility:

Responsible for the planning and execution of the channel and customer marketing plans (including but may not be limited to promotions and merchandising activities)

Provides short-term strategic and tactical planning in channel and customer perspectives, and influences long-term company strategies.
Responsible for management of channel and customer profitability, and ensures connection between marketing and sales departments, gathering, interpreting, and sorting information to be exchanged between the two functions and supervising their joint work with distribution channels.
Leads the marketing program alignment among the metrics of brand, segment, channel, customer and sales geography.
Provides supports to sales forecasting and leads channel and customer specific NPD initiatives from marketing perspective.
Serves as the channel marketing, category management, merchandising, and analytics expert. When appropriate with clear goals, make joint sales calls.
Be a member of the team that develops strategic plans and programs

Effective performance in this area is expected to result in a direct contribution to company profits through a) strong coach/team member relationships b) alignment between individual productivity and the company stated goals c) maximized individual and company performance.


Requirement:


Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related fields. MBA degree a plus.
English as second language, oral and written.
5+ years in trade marketing or channel development, sales, category management, marketing analytics, or related experiences in preferably industrial, hardware, automotive, or consumer packaged goods industries.
Sales, Channel Development, Brand or Trade Marketing, Promotions, Merchandising, Category Management, Marketing Research or Strategic Planning
MS Office applications. Internet and intranet use. Proficiency of interfacing with Company database or ERP system. Familiarity with related data analysis tools a plus.
