职位描述
Your responsibilities:
l Responsible for the overall project management covering all functions, ENG functions (System Engineering, HW and SW, Testing), Marketing, Purchase, Purchase Quality and Quality Management, Logistic, Manufacturing, After Sales based on defined the Company's process.
l Project planning, controlling, calculation, reporting on time, on specification and on Budget.
l Leadership in project team to ensure the product delivery
l Monitor the open point and communicate to line manager, steering committee in time for escalation
l Manage all the projects according to the development roadmap and in conformity with the AA-DG process landscape, Coach the project managers for project management and monitor by content
Your competencies and qualifications:
l Master in Automotive electronics/ Automation /IT / Telecommunication or related major, > 5 years experience in project management in multinational company.
l Experience in automotive/IT industry/Embedded system, automotive electronic, ECU tester area experience is a plus; able to understand system architecture, SW, FW, Electronic and Mechanical design elements.
l Strong knowledge in project management, certified PMI is preferred;
l Experience on whole PjM process(from customer requirements analysis to production) and leading a multi-functional team;
l Good skills in development methods and deployment of tools related to the application area
l Strong skills on leadership, management, cooperation, reporting, conflict management, negotiation, motivation and presentation
l Sound English both oral & written, German is plus
l Very good skills in PjM techniques and tools, and in MS office tools
