1. Negotiate with customer, control and monitor the collection status;

2. Monitor and data entry in the Accounts Receivable subsystem;

3. Process shipment release;

4. Provide customer/sales manager the customer statement each month or upon request;

5. Assess the bad and doubtful debt each month;

6. Communicate with tax authority and purchase the VAT invoice. Prepare VAT invoice for every billing and send to customers;

7. Assist the auditing on Accounts Receivables;

8. Any other tasks related to Finance Department.

Qualifications:

1. Junior college degree or above in finance, accounting or related disciplines;

2. Training on management, economic law and product knowledge, etc.;

3. More than 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and VAT;

4. Good communication and interpersonal skills; good command of financial software and Office;strong English reading and writing skills;

5. Strong sense of responsibility, positive and proactive attitudes, high efficiency;considerably strong ability of analysis, interpersonal communication and negotiation; strong ability of communication, coordination and learning; teamwork spirit;

6. Mature and stable.

主要职责：

1.负责与客户保持良好沟通，协助销售代表催款，跟进收款进度；

2.负责ERP系统中应收账款部分的入账；

3.批准放货；

4.负责每月及时提供对账单，与客户对账；

5.负责每月的呆账、坏账评估；

6.负责购买、保存、开具销售发票，并及时邮寄发票及发票清单给客户；

7.协助应收账款审计相关事项；

8.与部门工作相关的其他事项。

任职资格：

1.财务、会计、金融或相关专业大专以上学历；

2.受过管理学、经济法、产品知识等方面的培训；

3.5年以上应收账款和增值税发票相关工作经验；

4.良好的口头及书面表达能力；熟练应用财务软件和办公软件；熟练的英文读写能力；

5.责任感强、积极主动、有效率；具有较强的分析、人际交往和谈判能力；具备良好的沟通、协调、学习能力，富有团队精神；

6.成熟、稳定。
