职位描述Position Description :

Management of the team in charge of OEM Mechanical parts development.

管理 OEM 机械件开发团队。


主要职责Main Responsibilities :
In charge of defining the team organization to ensure the deliverables expected by car projects or EE Mechanical parts :

设置团队的组织结构,确保能够按照造车项目要求提交EE机械件相关的交付物,包括:

wire harness,线束

metal and plastic brackets, 金属和塑料支架

speakers and microphones, 扩音器和麦克风

antennas and antenna amplifiers,天线和天线放大器

batteries and battery cables. 电池和电池线

In charge of teaching and coaching the engineers for APQP (supplier schedule management, supplier product and process quality management, engineering change request management).

负责教授和指导工程师APQP(供应商计划管理、供应商产品和工艺过程质量管理、工程变更需求管理)知识;

In charge of defining a dashboard to follow up all the development of the team and the hard points.

负责制定适当跟踪表来跟踪团队发展和困难点解决进度;

In charge of managing technical meetings for the Mechanical parts.

负责管理机械件的技术会议;

In charge of defining the training plan for all the engineers of the team.

负责制定针对所有团队工程师的培训计划。



任职要求Qualifications :
Bachelor degree (Master preferred) in Electricity and Electronics.

电子电器学士学位(硕士优先);
Very good English speaking and writing with practice (CET-6).
优秀的英语说写等实践应用能力(CET-6);

Very good knowledge of APQP with regular practice.

熟悉且经常应用APQP;

Experienced in OEM suppliers or other OEM , especially in mechanical field.

有开发OEM供应商或其他OEM(特别是机械领域)的经验;

At least sixyears experience in EE mechanical development.

至少在电子电器机械开发领域有六年的工作经验;

At least two years of team management experience.

至少有两年的管理经验;
