职位描述 Position Description：
作为汽车质量检查经理，负责组织对整车和入厂零部件实施总装检查、检测线测试、道路试验、用户终验收、出据产品合格证。
Vehicle Inspection Operation Manager is with responsibility for organizing the TCF inspection、end of line inspection、drive test、vehicle inspection、and issue the vehicle certificate.

主要职责 Responsibilities：
?实施检验人员的业务技能培训
Implement training of operation skill for inspector
?组织并督导检验员进行质量验收
Organize and supervise the inspector acceptance inspecting after TCF sign off
?跟踪并报告整车和零部件检查质量问题
Following up and report the corrective action for vehicle quality issues.
?本区域车辆管理
Vehicle management for vehicle inspection area
?统计、分析并报告整车质量指标
Responsible for statistics, analyze and report the vehicle quality level

绩效评估标准/Performance Evaluation Standards：
? 生产任务完成率
Completion ratio of production task.
? 区域成本、安全、士气等指标
Indicator of Area cost, safety and morale so on.
? 车辆质量审核指标
Indicators of Vehicle quality audit.
? 车辆质量水平的真实性
Authenticity of vehicle quality level.

任职要求qualification：
? 有5年以上在整车制造厂-汽车检查领域方面的工作经验， 从事3年以上经理或主管工作。
With more than 5 years working experience in vehicle inspection area of Car maker and more than 3 years’ working experience being a manager or a supervisor.
? 汽车制造方面有丰富的专业知识和实践经验；
Familiarize the vehicle manufacture, have enough special knowledge and practice experience;
? 熟悉汽车或零部件产品的制造工艺；
Familiarize the vehicle or parts build process;
? 熟悉信息处理分析工具和技术应用；
Familiarize the information analysis tools and applications;
? 良好的组织、协调及表达能力；
Well organization, coordination and communication ability;
? 良好的敬业精神，具有团队协作及解决问题的能力；
Dedication, teamwork and solving problem ability;
? 良好的英文读写及口语能力
Good English writing and speaking ability.
? 良好的团队管理能力
Good team management ability.
