岗位职责：

1. Plan <(>&<)>execute annual audit workplan, follow-up audit issues and implementation of agreed action plans

2. Perform financial, operational and SAP audits, with the use of ACL where necessary.

3. Carry out confidential special assignments and ad-hoc management-request audits.

4. Develop/Improve audit programs to ensure sufficient coverage of risk areas.

5. Produce quality reports for Audit Committee and Senior Management.

6. Supervise, train and guide staff in executing audit workplan, monitor staffs performance.

7. Communicate with all levels including Head of Business Group and Cont rollers on audit issues. 8. Hands on leadership & technical audit competence

9. Good knowledge of Corporate Governance practices

10.will be based in Nanjing, with flexibility to be seconded to other locations for min 6 months

任职资格的具体描述：

1. Business, Finance, Accounting degree or equivalent from a leading institution. MBA is a plus;

2. Qualified Chartered Accountant /CIA;

3. Can be hands on when required

4. At least 8 years in Finance, internal audit and external audit, with 2 years leadership experience;

5. Good understanding of internal controls and risk assessment;

6. Strong analytical and logical mind;

7. Good communication skill (both English and Mandarin);

8. Knowledge of PRC customary practices, regulations and laws.
