岗位职责：
- Oversee and handle tax planning implementation of the group to achieve ETR target.
- Oversee and handle transfer pricing compliance.
- Oversee and handle group tax filing compliance and finalization status .
- Ensure prompt Vat filing and refund.
- Secure benchmark studies to support transfer pricing arrangement.
- Advise on direct and indirect tax issues relating to operations and cross border transactions.
- Review and advise on commercial and legal documentation.
- Build tax organization.
- Build good and professional rapport with tax bureau.
- Review and submit tax budget.
任职资格的具体描述：
- University degree, higher degree preferred.
- At least 10 years experience in tax management.
- Commercial experience plus 8 years of working in a CPA firm.
- Excellent understanding and relationship with governmental departments .
- English/Mandarin.
- will be based in Nanjing, with flexibility to be seconded to other locations for min 6 months
