Mission

 o     Secure Plastic/metal commodity component project development phase quality;

o     Support the feasibility study of supplier to meet LEM drawing and other relative criteria;

o     Support the deployment of Supplier APQP and implementation;

o     Make sure the parts meet technical requirement of LEM and production needed;

o     Compliance with company’s regulation and procedure (ISO/TS 16949 and ISO14001);

  

Permanent Activities

  

Project Related

  

 

  

o     Set up Advanced Quality Plan of new component in line with component prototype schedule;

  

o     Support and coordinate the component feasibility study

  

o     Support technical assessment for supplier selection;

  

o     Plan and support the supplier process audit ;

  

o     Issue support/coordination during mass production phase for design related:

  

o     Support the Project Quality to qualify new part

  

o     Handling supplier’s quality problem solving during development phase

  

 

  

Commodity Related

  

o     Summarize and share lesson Learn at F phase for each critical component;

  

o     Bring in component lesson learn into new component development;

  

o     Manage the various steps in ERP system with the LGVA quality team.

  

o     Give support to  the supplier Continuous improvement.

  

o     Support the critical component issue during mass production phase;

  

o     Finish other temp tasks leader assigned.

  

  

Requirements

  

o     Have work experience in global organization and easily manage multinational suppliers.

  

o     At least 10 years of experience in Quality and supplier quality;

  

o     Be familiar with 5 tools of IATF16949;

  

o     Full knowledge for Quality Systems, ISO9001 or IATF16949 auditor certificated.

  

o     Practice of Problem Solving tools (8D, Ishikawa, 5 Why, 6Sigma, …)

  

o     Fluent English both in speaking and writing

  

o     Good at Microsoft office software, good skills in Excel

  

o     University graduated with major in mechanics,

  

o     More than 10 years of commodity experience in: mold manufacturing, injection molding and stamping process
