1、 负责商城的运营管理，策划网站营销活动方案，并推进执行，完成营销目标； 负责淘宝等网店日常的推广项目，旺铺、店铺与标题关键字策略、橱窗推荐、论坛社区、搜索引擎营销、淘宝直通车、淘宝客等，并配合店铺自身的各类营销推广；
2、配合淘宝代运营方进行线上活动策划及推广方案，监督执行，并负责活动后期数据统计，提供效果分析报告；

3、配合代运营方管理线上分销商，展开商务合作；
4、负责上下架商品、协助代运营方建立在线客服体制；
5、网店的营销管理，包括网店流量，订单等效果数据研究等 。
6. 工资待遇底薪+提成
任职资格:
1、一年以上网店工作经验；年龄：23-30 学历：大学专科及以上学历；

2、熟悉淘宝等网店平台操作及推广模式；并能制定相关的计划,能独立完成淘宝平台的产品管理流程； 较强的数据分析能力，提高店铺点击率和浏览量，完成店铺销售目标
3、熟悉Photoshop修图操作。（修改亮度，抠图，缩放，水印等）熟悉常规C2C与B2C的电子商务平台操作。
4. 熟悉电子商务平台特别是淘宝网的操作和其各种营销工具的使用
5. 根据淘宝网络市场不定期策划淘宝商城营销活动，及策划相应活动的广告
6. 一流的执行力 , 有良好的学习能力、沟通能力和领悟能力
7. 有良好的团队合作意识，耐心、诚恳，有强烈的责任心和积极主动的工作态度
8.有家具销售工作经验的优先

9有一定的团队管理经理经验可以充分调动员工的积极性和创造性，提高效率
