任职要求：
1、有淘宝/拍拍等网店客服1年以上工作经验。
2、会网店商品发布及更新及编辑。
3、中文打字速度每分钟60个字以上，能熟练运用office软件以及网络等办公工具，具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神；
4、条理清晰，思维敏捷，可同时应对多位客户咨询，沟通、协调能力强者优先；
5、工作认真踏实，待人热情、礼貌，有良好的服务意识（有服务业经验者可优先考虑）；
6、有网络营销经验者优先；
7、具备良好的客户服务意识、良好的沟通技巧和人际关系处理能力、团队合作精神，做事积极主动，乐观向上。
工作职责：
1、网店销售产品上架、分类，以及产品信息的及时调整；
2、在线客服及导购，通过在线聊天工具（旺旺、QQ等）与客户沟通，能独立完成网上购物售前、售中、售后工作；
3、处理淘宝网店日常事务，包括网络留言回复、订单管理，到货跟踪、评价管理、售后服务等工作；
4、定期维护客户关系，促进互动与销售；
5、处理网店日常事务，包括网店更新、网店促销策划及执行等。
6、有淘宝客服经验者优先。
