RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Provide good and professional sales service to customers; handle customers' phone calls, emails;
2. Responsible for solving customers' complaints, improve customer's satisfatcion;
3. Gather sales information from Internet and by phone call;
4. Assist CEO for all kinds of sales reports and administrative work like schedule arrangement, meeting recording etc;
5. Other tasks assigned by CEO.

MISSIONS:

1. Establish and maintain good relationship with customers;
2. Handle customer's and end user's phone call to provide them first level of support;
3. Sales confidential information keeping;
4. Administration support.

PROFILE:

BACKGROUND:
Bachelor degree.

EXPERIENCE :
At least 2 years experience in sales related functions.
Experience in Wireless (Bluetooth/Wi-Fi/...) or Audio or Infotainment products for Automotive prefered.

REQUIERED SKILLES:
Good at reporting, customer communication, rigorous, team player, ambitious.

LANGUAGES :
Chinese Native + good English (oral and written).
