Job Responsibilities:

• Keep close communication with Managing Director and customers. Coordinate and support cross-functional meetings, seminars and workshops per calendar proactively.
• Preparation of internal newsletter and notice boards to ease inter-departmental communication.
• Work closely with financial staff to ensure all financial and legal regulations and rules to be executed.
• Monitor and maintain validity of all licenses, permit for the office.
• Maintain and keep all filing system up-to-date and systematic.
• Prepare presentation/business update and other materials required.
• Liaise with headquarter colleagues to facilitate standardization.
• Handle ad hoc assignments independently and efficiently.

Qualification:

• University degree with min 2 years relevant working experience in multinational company
• High proficiency in English (verbal and written)
• Good interpersonal skills and customer-service oriented
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and track projects
• Attention to detail, strong time management and organizational skills
• Independent and self-motivated, can work under pressure with little guidance and supervision
• High level of confidentiality in all matters
• Strong ownership and commitment mindset
• Initiative, honest and open-minded
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & hands-on PC knowledge
