Job Summary
· Coordinate with related parties in delivering Eagle-Trans service commitment to our customers;
· 和相关部门协同配合从而传递公司的服务承诺给到我们的客户；
· Follow tailor-made SOP to meet customers’ expectation；
· 遵从我们为客户量身定做的操作流程以便满足他们的期望；
· Ensure shipment data will be input into system with accuracy and integrity and within a required time frame.
· 保证货物信息录入系统的准确性和完整性，并在客户所要求的时间内完成。

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
· Follow standard working procedure daily;
· 遵循制定的标准化流程工作；
· Arrange shipment according to booking instruction;
· 按照客户下的指令安排货物；
· Verify booking details against system data base before proceeding;
· 在安排出货前需要在系统中确认工厂的货物信息是否和国外客户的要求一致；
· Input shipping details & milestones in system;
· 在系统中录入船期，相关货物信息等；
· Book space with Carriers or customer nominated coloader;
· 和船公司或者是客户指定的同行订舱；
· Arrange payment to Carriers or nominated forwarder;
· 安排付款给船公司或者是客户指定的货代；
· Issue HBL and invoice to vendors;
· 出货物单证及发票给客户；
· Prepare Container Load Plan for CFS shipments;
· 为散货准备装柜计划；
· Other tasks assigned by the team leader.
· 其他由团队负责人安排的工作。

Requirements
· Team spirit and willing to communicate;

· 聪明好学。

Qualifications
· College level or above;
· 大专或以上文凭；
· CET 4 or equivalent English ability;
· 大学英语4级，或相等的英语能力；
· One year above working experience in freight forwarding or shipping industry is preferable;
· 一年或以上相关行业经验优先 。
