任职条件：
1.本科或以上学历，英文六级或以上，英语听说读写流利，能与海外代理无障碍沟通。
2.对当前市场熟悉，认真负责，思路清晰，敢于承担及分享，勇于开拓与创新，有一定的独立分析，判断及解决问题的能力，有较强的沟通协调和开拓能力。
3.三年以上海外代理开发和维护或者海外客服经验，熟悉海外指定货操作流程。
4.有印巴，英国，非洲或者欧洲 海外代理开发经验者,或者其他方面的客户资源者优先考虑。
5.有相关物流行业工作经验者优先考虑。
6.能接受经常去国外出差。

工作职责：
1.根据公司发展方向合理安排本部门员工的工作并定期对部门员工进行培训。
2.根据公司要求制定本部门工作计划,设立目标并督促部门员工按时完成任务。
3.海外代理的筛选分类，由多方资源挖掘潜在代理和客户。
4.及时掌握市场与代理操作变化情况，收集整理和评估代理及价格信息，定期提交报告。
5.指导部门同事的报价并支持配合他部门的工作。
6.完成部门领导给予的其他工作任务。
