- Overseas all the correspondance
- Maintain & manage Customer Profile
- Responsible to keep personal touch/ relationship with the key agents and report any problems
- Able to work on independant basis to maintain the CS team to achieve the targets we set
- Responsible for reviewing and presentation of reports

-Responsible for regular meetings with various department head for problem resolving & play a part in company SOP setting

requirements as below :
i) Fluent Spoken & written English
ii) Over 5 years of customer service experience in the logistics industry for overseas agents is preferred
iii) Candidates have solid experience for the air freight sector is considered as an advantage
iv) Have solid experience & confident of leading a team of 5-10 persons
