1. Ensure that the organization's quality management system conforms to customer , internal , IATF16949, and regulatory/legal requirements.

2. Overall management of the process quality team, develop and monitor KPI completion and improvement.

3. Manage the monitoring, measurement, and review of internal processes, especially those that affect the quality of the organization’s products.

4. Lead a team of Quality engineer , inspectors, auditors, analysts, and technicians.

5. Monitor customer quality and logistic issue in customer site.

6. Monitor the quality issues of supplier components, follow up the supplier 8D report for prevention reoccurrence.

7. Maintain the quality system according IATF 16949, ISO 14000 and other relevant Automotive Quality Standards.

8. PPAP packages production and approval.

9. keep up on standers,, regulations /laws , issues , respect to product /service quality.

10. Nonconforming cost management.

11. Responsible for accuracy and timely inspection/calibration of monitoring and measuring devices.

12. Preventive and corrective action implementation. Form a cross function team to analyze root cause, improve and prevent according to customer issue; PDCA, 8D, 5P, Fish Bone, FTA, SPC, etc..

13. Communicate regularly with Italian to improve internal quality.

任职要求：

1、Bachelor degree or above, major in electronics or mechanical is preferred.

2、VDA 6.3 auditor , IATF16949 auditor .IPC Trainer.

3、3-5 years as Quality Manager in Automotive (better if coming from Automotive electronics) ;Experience in foreign Automotive or JV in China will be a plus.

4、Strong communication skills and team work attitude. 

5、Very good program management skill.

6、Solid knowledge and experience in QC tools, like PPAP, APQP, MSA, SPC, FMEA.
