一、中文职位要求：
1、大专以上学历，计算机机械制造，电子计算机工程相关专业
2、8年以上采购行业管理经验
3、熟悉ERP系统原理、操作，SAP经验者优先；懂得如何运用KPI管理供应商
4、英语、中文说写流利
5、对ISO，TS16949有一定的了解
6、有较强的内外部沟通能力，组织分析能力佳，有团队精神
7、熟悉库存管理控制方法和技巧；

二、JD：
1 Perform vendor management in sourcing for new projects and also source for qualify Global suppliers (LT/KC/FY/CD/CQ) contributing to IMI Group worldwide.
2.Engage in negotiation with suppliers for contract price, payment term, delivery term etc. for suppliers used in new bidding projects.
3.Drive for competitive pricing for new bidding projects.
4.Compile and analyze the quotes submitted by engineers prior to price selection in the DMC.
5.Demonstrate a level of expertise in all commodities, management and leadership qualities in leading and driving the SZ 6.Sourcing team in achieving KPI that is aligned with Global.
7.Execution in price benchmarking/cost modeling to drive best in class pricing.
8.Manage shortage escalation for NPI projects to support continuous supply for SZ sites.
9.Ensure Supplier Performance by playing a key role in the negotiation of the supplier/purchaser relationship.
10.Keep up-to-date information on key commodities on market trends and conditions.
11.Assist in regional sourcing management and related activities skill (parts sourcing, negotiation etc).
12.Monthly report on sourcing activities.

三、Ability Requirement：
1.Graduate (ECE, EE, Mechanical)
2.With at least 8 year’s experience in Sourcing/Procurement or Commodity Management in a managerial position.
3.With SAP or other leading ERP experience
4.Know how to manage supplier by KPI
5.Possess supplier network
6.Understanding of the material build up, process requirement in understanding the cost modeling. Working knowledge of pricing strategy - Price Benchmarking/Cost Modeling.
7.Understanding of the downstream supplier chain is an advantage
8.Understanding of raw material trend and impact to pricing on the commodity.
9.Understanding of certification such as TS16949, ISO requirement
10.Able to communicate well in both English and Chinese (Oral and written)
11.Good negotiation and analytical skill
Integrity and able to work well under pressure
Good Team player
