Job Duties:

- Well orginize daily shipping instructions sent by indoor OPs 

- Good records import/export customs clarations details,timely collection of tax and other customs clearance documents to related OPS.

- Instruct Airport porter for cargo receiving correctly and timely 

- Tracing cargo Customs release for daily shipments.

- Be responsible for POD arrangement of pick up and delivery

- Able to deal with emergency/problems with the assistance from supervisor

- Solve complaint fm clients professionally. 

-Have the sense to always conduct the operation with efficiency and accuracy.

Experience & Qualifications Requirement:

- Major in international business/ trade, transportation/ logistics and foreign language is preferable

- Experience of Airfreight export (one year or above) is preferable. 

- Fluent spoken and written English (CET-6 or above) and good knowledge of MS-office applications

- Good communication and problem solving skill, positive working attitude. 

- Good team player and able to work under pressure.

- Responsible, well-organized working and proactive attitude
