职位描述
1.1 Purpose of the job
To serve our customers and help our sales department in Helmond, the Netherlands. In addition purchase products from our supplier base in China to fulfil the customers' orders.
1.2 Place in the organisation.
Internal sales assistant China reports directly to China office manager and internal sales manager Helmond.
1.3 Job contains:
Sales contacts with sales people in Helmond
When sufficiently experienced direct sales contacts with Q.P.I. customers in Europe.
Procurement contacts with Q.P.I.'s Chinese production partners. A minimum level of negotiation on pricing for individual orders is involved.
Following up outstanding quotes.
Working with outside sales to close orders at new accounts.
Coordinating delivery and production questions with customers and the factory.
Filing and archiving of relevant information on each order.
Working with the Q.P.I. ERP system for order input and information handling.
1.4 Responsibilities:
Complete sales process from receipt of RfQ from Q.P.I. Helmond or end customer up to placing a purchase order at the production partner.
Representing Q.P.I. as the best in the industry
Maintain the highest ethical standards with our customers and co-workers

Capabilities: University graduated in international trade or related majors
Precise, straightforward, strong personality. Customer focussed.
Experience: Min.3 year of job experience in a similar position in the PCB industry.
English in reading and writing, spoken preferred
