职位描述
Mission of Function:
To lead a Advanced Development Team for Retrofit/LUM pre-development. Responsible to manage implementation of new technologies and creation of building blocks to achieve competitive designs in the market.
Responsibility:
-Advanced Development of platforms and building blocks for LEDr Classic Lamps to ensure low complex designs and cost reduced lamps by optimizing economy of scales factors and assambly simplification.
-Create the environment of visionary understanding and thinking in the team to improve and develop innovation process. Needs to act as a very good example how to realize developments which are outstanding with oustanding thinking.
-To ensure/coaching the technical competence of APD team, as APD act as expert and technology pool, where other departments get informations
-Support Technology roadmap development for LEDr
Requirements:
-Technical know how for lighting products, especially in LED luminaire
-Min. 10 years experience in lighting product development, preferable in LED luminaire
-The candidate should be able to lead and coach the R&D engineers.
-Collaboration with BCT teams from APAC and EU; the candidate should have working experience with big, international companies; experience as a manager preferred.
