POSITION SUMMARY 职位概述
Responsible for PPM1 or PPM2 & 3:
- Validate all the design Idea
-Test and prepare related test report independent
-Upload & maintain the test report on Edos
-Work with external test lab
-Continuous study new TC documents and share with team
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES 工作职责
1.Discuss and initiate validation plan with R & D team
2.Evaluate product construction according to IEC/EN standard for Internal, ODM, buy in
A, B, C sample.
3. Cooperate with QM to analyze the safety issue
4.Operating different measurement equipment and provide measurement report results
5.Organize the equipment calibration and equipment maintenance
6.Organize measurement reporting
7.Organize measurement data storage
8. Support purchasing to get quotation for the testing service
9. Be contact person for other laboratories (Foshan, Panyu, 3rd party)
10. Review test report, training to other engineers
LEVEL OF EDUCATION 教育程度：
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/optical/thermal Engineering or similar technical subject.
RELEVANT WORKING EXPERIENCE 经验
Preferable 5 years in testing company.
BASIC TRAINING REQUIRED所需基本培训
-Min 3Years Experience of lighting products product approval
-Good Knowledge in the relevant standards and regulations (IEC, UL, FCC)
-Experience in electronic manufacturing and/or lighting product
-Knowledge of product construction analyze, testing equipments usage and maintenance
