职位描述
Responsibility:
-Product Portfolio management for defined indoor luminaire sub-segment in APAC. Manage the 4P's of Marketing mix. Define Product specs, price positioning, Channel and proposed promotion materials. Participate in PIT's
-Product Lifecycle management.
Launch management & phase out. Prepare Launch materials (Samples, Leaflets, Fighting guides, etc.)
-Identify market potential in cooperation with strategic Portfolio management and sales
-Coordinate Benchmarking & competitive analysis
Requirement:
-5-8 years experience in Product Management (product creation), preferably in the lighting industry and preferably in Luminaires.
-background in marketing, project management, development or sales in relevant industry segment is seen as valuable as well.
-Be able to work in matrix organization. Motivate and able to move people
-Be able to work in multi-cultural and multi-location teams
-Must be able to communicate in English and Mandarin
-Other languages like German, Cantonese or other Asian languages are a benefit as well.
