职位描述
Job Responsibility:
1. Ensure the product designed by Osram can use the right component which is in line with product spec, and the new project can be on schedule, follow the supplier strategy, component center relative guideline to define specification, conduct component approval, support supplier management. Standardize of mechanical Components.
2. Create component specification-check with designer about component request and make component specification based on OSRAM internal guideline and international standard-Pur can find more correct source, Osram Q dept can make quality control accordingly so as to reduce quality cost at beginning.
3. Component approval - evaluate new supplier and new technology and deal with the PCN from supplier, provide clear informaton for RD and Pur about component strategy--to ensure enough and suitable reliable supplier for new project and reduce component approal lead time.
4. Component quality issue support --component failure analysis support - complete CC develop loop via case study.
5. Supplier Management support - Supplier audit and provide input to supplier strategy definition - to ensure continous improvement and right decision on supplier strategy.
Job Request:
1. 3 year experience for Mechanical component / product testing and SAP maintenance
2. Experience in Quality task related
3. Good communication and team work spirit
4. Good command of English
