Production supervisor SMT, PCBA

1. College graduate or above in electronic engineering.

2. 4 years relevant working experience in foreign electronic enterprise as production supervisor.

3. Responsible for SMT and PCBA production management

4. Able to organize the production flow of different projects.

5. Practical experience in handling small quantity production order.

6. Ensure production quality according to the instruction and ISO 9001:2008.

7. Knowledge and experience in IPC-A-610E “The acceptability of electronic assemblies”.

8. Good ability in communication & management.

9. Good English in reading & writing is required.

1、中专以上学历，电子工程专业；

2、四年以上外资企业电子厂生产主管工作经验；

3、对SMT & PCBA生产有丰富的管理经验；

4、能根据不同的项目，安排生产；

5、有多型号小批量生产的实际管理经验；

6、根据作业指导书和ISO9001:2008标准生产，确保产品质量；

7、熟悉IPC-A-610E 标准，有实际执行经验；

8、良好的领导及协调沟通能力；

9、良好的英语读写能力；
