职位描述


主要工作职责:

    

·         全面协助项目的开展和具体的实施(组织项目参与人员、了解项目每个参与者的进度、进度跟踪、决定要采取的行动等等)

    

·         负责项目的客户需求分析和相关功能以及技术实施细节

    

·         在项目出现重大变化时决策,与客户的项目负责人沟通,保证项目顺利完成

    

·         安排团队工作,平衡团队工作量

    

·         组建项目团队,负责团队成员的培训和学习,凝聚团队合作,提高团队的综合项目执行能力

    

·         与内外部客户的项目负责人协调和沟通,整合资源,积极推进达成项目管理目标

    

·         与其他的项目顾问制定项目计划,保证项目按照计划顺利执行

    

·         掌握客户资料,协调和评估您所负责的项目相关的现场处理,为客户提供咨询服务

    

·         对项目的客户满意度负责

    

·         参与制定和完善项目管理和实施工作标准,专业规范等,并在项目实施管理中监督执行,评估修正完善

    

·         向您的负责人作项目报告

    

·         提供内外部技术支持,培训服务,支持参与售前工作

    

·         部门公司领导安排的其他相关工作

    

    

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    

·         professionally undertake the tasks such as project implementation (both function and technical points), training, organization and project management assigned to you;

    

·         coordinate and communicate with internal (N+1 person in charge, sale engineer, coordinator, person in charge of quality) and external (client, contractor) parties on the projects assigned to you;

    

·         coordinate and evaluate on-site interventions relating to your projects;

    

·         keep abreast of client information before on-site interventions;

    

·         provide consulting services to clients;

    

·         give reminders in time in case of project deviation and put forward solutions to get the project back on track;

    

·         draft external and internal reports related to the tasks;

    

·         ensure client satisfaction after the completion of tasks;

    

·         fix with your supervising manager schedules for the projects you’re responsible for;

    

·         stick to the schedules and especially record your activities of project follow-up at the end of each month;

    

·         lead the overall implementation of the projects (preside over the project implementation committee, follow up activities of each participant in the project, follow-up forms, decide to take actions, etc.);

    

·         comply with internal instructions, procedures and schedules and the instructions, procedures and schedules regarding the on-site interventions for the client;

    

·         try to attain the turnover budget for company

    

·         use the parameters adopted during the analyzing stage and within the standard scope of all our serial products;

    

·         Providing trainings to clients

    

·         coordinate with and follow up clients’ situation during their use of our solutions, especially to assist them;

    

·         develop clients before sale through product demonstration.

    

    

    

任职资格:

    

·         5年以上的相关从业经验(IT行业、零售IT行业或者ERP实施)

    

·         全日制本科学历,IT相关专业

    

·         ***拥有软件公司或者零售企业的工作经验

    

·         拥有SQL和微软相关解决方案的技术背景和经验

    

·         项目管理实施的经验,***拥有PMP证书

    

·         优秀的沟通技巧和良好的客户关系管理维护

    

·         必须有团队工作意识和态度

    

·         中文和英文流利

    

    

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION:

    

    

·         More than 5 years’ experience in this position, Retail Industry, ERP solution, support, etc.;

    

·         Four-year university Degree, IT and related majors;

    

·         Background working for software company or Retail company

    

·         IT technical background and experiences for SQL, Microsoft solutions (Server, infra and network)

    

·         Project management experiences and PMP certificated is preferred

    

·         Excellent communication skills and customer relation management

    

·         Team work attitude 

    

·         Language requirement: Fluent Chinese and English
