1. 负责现有客户采购会统筹管理。

2. 积极与海外代表进行客户需求沟通，推动案子的进行，与海外代表协作促成订单。

3. 与公司各部门配合，落实方案。满足客户需求，促成订单。

4. 负责维护客户，积极主动与客户保持良好的关系，对客户的销售数据进行分析，进行价格管理/利润管理等。

5. 定期收集一线的市场，销售，产品等信息，预测市场及客户需求趋势。对公司的营销策略和客户服务提出参考意见。

6. 优化工作流程，不断提升客户满意度；完成上级临时下达的任务

职位要求：

1.流利的口语，与海外客户无障碍沟通 。良好的英文书写能力。

2. 5年以上外贸业务工作经验，有大客户开发和维护经验。有体育或零售卖场行业以及外企工作经验者优先；

3. 具备强烈的主场意识和较好的沟通、协调及执行能力，工作应对快捷敏锐；

4. 能独立完成客户开发，打样跟进，订单促成一整套流程；

5. 熟练操作Word, Excel, PowerPoint,优秀的商务Presentation skills；

6. 责任心强，进取心强，会目标管理，能承受工作压力。

3.Factory audits– Conduct Social compliance audit (eg. Child labor, Legal wage, working hours, environment protection, working safety), and Capability, Facility audit or other required audit by the needs of customers.
4.Quality control and inspection– Worked with 3rd party Testing Labs for testing protocols for every new products, all the new products were required to provide the testing report before mass production; assigned QC for inline and final inspection.
