岗位职责

1. 负责跨境支付系统外汇相关的产品规划、市场调研、竞品分析以及业务推进；

2. 主动推进并落地相关金融渠道的整体对接,结合自身业务需求,提出优质的解决方案；

3. 协同各业务部门及相关同事，对业务运营相关事务进行整体把控和串联；

4. 独立完成产品方案输出、协同研发完整落地，上线验收、业务培训、产品文档和操作手册编写与归档管理。

任职资格

1. 本科及以上学历，3年及以上跨境支付工作经验，有外汇相关从业经验优先；

2. 熟悉跨境支付业务的核心流程，并掌握资金网络清结算的基础逻辑；

3. 强大的自驱力，优秀的逻辑思维、归纳和抽象能力，能够在快速变化且复杂的业务环境下推动目标的达成；

4. 具备良好的结果导向意识，优秀的跨部门沟通和团队协作能力及抗压能力；

5. 英语听说读写流利，有海外工作或留学经验者优先。
