岗位职责：

1、负责广告策划方案、活动策划方案、公关策划方案的策划与组织实施；

2、充分掌握客户需求点，研究客户画像，提供有价值的策划理念和推广传播概念点；

3、负责公司品牌相关文案输出，如官网、品牌海报、公关稿、演讲稿、对外宣传物料等；

4、负责组织广告策划前期市场调研及分析工作，根据市场及产品情况，具体策划及创意工作（广告创意，卖点提炼），独立完成营销策划方案及可行性报告；

5、对活动进行跟踪、申报，并处理广告过程中的突发情况，负责效果评估工作，并按时提交评估分析报告。

职位要求：

1、文案高手，有出色的文案功底，文案编辑能力极强，能撰写各类创意文案，能够准确捕捉产品亮点，具备恰如其分的文字表现潜力；

2、熟悉专业创意方法，具有敏锐的市场洞察能力，较强的策略思考能力，逻辑思维能力，营销策划能力等；

3、本科及以上学历，新闻、中文、广告传媒专业优先考虑。
