Job Accountabilities include:
a) HRIS
1) To follow corporate HRIS management guidelines and practice for data input and ensure its accuracy
2) Regularly run various reports for executives' review
3) Coordinate with China Regional HR team to implement HRIS upgrade project


b) Compensation and Benefits
1) Assist to prepare payroll
2) Ensure data accuracy of compensation and benefits
3) Collect and prepare benchmark salary data


c) Learning and Development
1) Organize and implement regional and local training programs
2) Update and monitor data on learning management system
3) Input and maintain training records


d) Ethics and Sustainability
1) Update national/local labor regulations change and ensure HR policy/practice are in compliance
2) Monitor the completion of internal code of conduct E-learning training
3) Participate in company's sustainability programs in HR's perspective


e) Employee Relations
1) Assist HR Manager to handle employees' grievances, complaints, and communication.... etc.
2) Implement various employee relationship program, i.e., work-life balance program, LOHAS activities, etc;
3) Be involved with annual Employee Engagement Survey and coordinate with result briefing;


f) Ad-hoc HR projects
Perform any other adhoc HR projects as assigned by Human Resources Manager, Guangzhou Office, and China Region's Human Resources Headquarters in the Hong Kong Office


g) HR reports;
Prepare and review various HR reports to regional headquarter, i.e., monthly reports, quarterly reports and annual report of HR operation in staffing, compensation, etc.


Qualification:
l A relevant degree qualification in Human Resources or Business Administration
2 Minimum 5 years of human resources experience in multinational companies is preferred
3 Proactive mindset and quick learner
4 Good communication and presentation skills
5 Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
6 Skills of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
7 Well-experienced at HRIS , Oracle HRIS experience is advantageous
