• Responsible for the process of new developed products or transferred products from quotation, FAI to MP. Specific work contents:

• Verify and confirm the BOM of quotation in new product introduction, evaluate the labor cost and material cost

  产品导入前期报价的BOM的核实和完善,评估产品工时成本以及材料成本的评估

• Cooperate with Sourcing Department to provide part replacement solutions

  协同SOURCING部门提供零件替代方案

• Provide the initial version of PFMEA, lead the team to review it and release it

  提供初始版的PFMEA并组织团队评审PFMEA并发行

• Responsible for WI review made by product technician

  负责对产品技术员制作的WI的审核

• Responsible for the component approval sheet, drawings, BOM confirm and release

  负责零件承认书，图纸和BOM的核实和发行

• Responsible for implementing ECR/ECO process

  负责执行ECR/ECO流程

• Provide product process validation plan to ensure process can meets the mass production requirements

  提供产品的工艺验证实施计划，确保工艺能够满足量产需求

• Provide product reliability verification specifications, provide technical support to the quality testing team to complete the product reliability tests

  提供产品的可靠性验证规格要求，提供技术支持给品质部测试组完成产品各项可靠性测试

• Review product reliability test results, provide comments and action plans

Responsible for the implementation and promotion of related products continuous improvement

• Assist engineering technician to solve problems of MP products

• Assist Engineering Technician to solve new products process validation and optimization

  协助工程技术员解决新产品的工艺验证和优化工作

• Lead the team to carry out Kaizen projects, using systematic tools and methods to solve problems that cannot be solved in fast way

  带领团队开展改善项目，对那些不能用快赢方法解决的问题，使用系统化的工具和方法去解决。

CIT DG is located in the Xinhu Industrials Park, Dengwu village, Qiaotou Town, quite near to the Qiaotou Bus Station. It’s a modern facilities and convenient traffic factory.
