Qualification
任职资格 Basic Requirements
基本要求 30岁以上男性
持有电工证
Education 学历专业 专科以上学历, 机械工程专业

工作经验 至少3年维修工作经验
Business Knowledge
业务了解范围 ？ 了解模切机
？ 了解空压机, 水压机及PLC

Main Responsibilities 主要职责范围 Measurements 衡量标准
1. 维护及修理生产设备, 确保生产的正常运转 维修单
2. 管理关键设备, 确保设备出现故障时得到及时修理 设备状况报告及备件清单
3. 进行设备的改造, 以避免发生停机现象 生产部的反馈
4. 委托备件的外加工, 以节省成本 备件清单及维修费用相关的财务报表
5. 寻找供应商, 以缩短供应周期并节省成本. 保持维修费用不超预算 备件清单及维修费用相关的财务报表
6. 向操作工提供设备使用及维修方面的培训, 提高其知识及技能 培训记录
7. 向外方工程师提供协助, 进行进口设备的调试及改造 外方工程师的反馈
8. 协助采购部门进行备品备件的采购 主管的反馈
9. 公司要求的其他职责 及时, 有效
