3）QCD三个维度把控；
4）结构创新；
5）量产产品维护。


任职要求：
1）电子烟结构团队带领经验2年以上；
2）机械设计背景，开发团队管理经验；
3) 对研发过程、产品开发&问题解决有良好的经验积累&实操能力；
4）对新技术、结构有较强的敏感度；
5）有良好的研发创新意识；
6）对设计品质把控、风险管理有丰富的经验。
