Responsibility:

主要负责亚太地区（中国客户居多）客户的产品售后或投诉工作。

1、Provide daily, weekly and monthly customer service, planning, logistics and sourcing related biz scorecard / data analysis;

2、Translate various forms of data into compelling insights and visualizations;

3、E2E customer service management for APAC end customers, from receive, validate, troubleshoot, test, return to record customer request via call / mail;

4、Provide upselling/cross selling, process optimization opportunities and key findings.

Qualification:

1、3+ years’experience related to business analyst or customer service;

2、Above or equal of college degree;

3、Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot table and v-look ups are fundamental);

4、Exceptional problem solving skill and analytical ability with conceptual thinking skills;

5、Proactive, reach out, identify potential risk and bring solutions/recommendations on the table;

6、Good English skills in  written;ok oral English;

7、Experience with SQL/MS Access is a Plus.
