Duties and Responsibilities:

1.给予销售及服务部门产品及应用技术咨询服务（包括培训），以保持并促进公司业务增长；

Provide technical product and application consulting services (including training) to sales and service departments, in order to sustain and accelerate the business growth of the company.

2.了解客户工艺，提供真空产品应用选型，为客户提供创新的、具有独特卖点的解决方案，并参与签署技术协议；

Understand the customer’s process, select vacuum products and applications to provide innovative solutions which offer the best USP (Unique Selling Proposition) ratio for the customer & participation in signature of technical agreement.

3.收集客户反馈、市场及竞争对手信息、市场趋势及应用的本地化信息，与其他部门（如市场部、销售部、服务部）合作制定成功的销售策略；

Collect customer voice, information of the market and competition as well as localization of market trends and applications, in order to develop successful sales strategies together with other cross-functional departments (such as Marketing, Sales, Service).

4.与全球相关职能部门（如产品管理部、市场发展部）合作并协调工作；

Cooperation and coordination with global functions (such as Global Product Management and Market Coordination).

5.负责产品及应用销售增长项目的开发，协调负责市场活动的定义及实现；

Responsibility for development of product and application sales growth projects & partial responsibility in definition and realization of Marketing activities.

6.成为指定产品和应用的专家；

Act as an expert for a defined range of products / applications.

7.领导交办的其他事项。

Other related work assigned by department head.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

1.能敏锐地感知潜在商机，具备从客户方得到有效信息的能力；

Keen business potential sense and high ability to get effective information from customers.

2.能够在不同市场领域解决与应用相关的问题并协调活动安排，有较强的逻辑及创新思维，工作积极主动；

Ability to solve problems and coordinate activities associated with applications in different markets, strong logical and innovative thinking, must be eager to take initiative.

3.沟通协调能力强，掌握时间管理及自我管理技巧，具备灵活性，有较强的团队精神；

Strong communication and coordination as well as high time management and self-management skills, flexibility and strong team spirit.

4.能够在非正式情况下影响跨部门团队；

Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.

5.愿意国内出差。

High willingness to travel domestic.

Qualifications, Training, and Experience:

1.大学本科及以上学历，工科类相关专业（机械、化学工程与工艺等），有经济领域相关证书为佳；

Bachelor’s degree or above with an engineering related major (mechanical, chemical, process or similar field preferred), additional qualification in an economical field is a plus.

2.三年以上应用工程师或类似职位工作经验，有丰富的客户沟通经验，有跨国公司工作背景者优先；

More than 3 years working experience as Application Engineer or in a similar position, experience in the communication with customers, working experience in a multinational environment is a plus.

3.熟练使用微软办公软件及AutoCAD；

Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.

4.良好的英语书写及口语表达能力。

Good written and verbal English skills.

历史

历史
Busch 普旭在中国的历史可以追溯到 1981 年，Busch 普旭也是改革开放后第一批在中国开展经营活动的德国企业之一。2001 年，Busch 普旭中国在上海成立。2017 年，Busch 普旭在中国的总部搬迁至上海市闵行紫竹国家高新技术产业开发区，全新装备精良的维修车间，配有优良的成套设施，用于真空泵的检测、维修及测试等，从而为客户提供专业全套的售后服务。同时，先进的真空系统制造和调试车间，可以自主完成系统设计、组装和调试，以确保为客户量身定制的系统达到 Busch 普旭的严格标准。


公司上下班有班车接送：
线路1经停点：地铁5号线江川路地铁站1号口→沪闵路东川路全季酒店门口公交站→交大新村公交站；单程15分钟。
线路2经停点：地铁9号线松江体育馆地铁站2号口→新桥家天下门口→公司；单程60分钟。

公司靠近地铁15号线紫竹高新区站，步行可到。
