Responsibilities

- Plan and conduct inspection / health checks of CB businesses to identify any operations deficiencies /gaps of the business to strengthen control and compliance environment

-Track progress of issues and action plans arising from Control Self-assessments, inspections and health check programs, internal and external auditors

- Facilitate implementation and enforcement of the operation risk management framework within CB China

Requirements

-Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or other related disciplines

-Possess over 5 years’ experience in banking field, with exposure in control, compliance, audit, risk management or relevant experience

-Strong knowledge in risk management, particularly in operational risk or audit experience in Consumer Banking as well as knowledge of Consumer Banking bank products and services

-Good understanding of the regulatory framework and relevant regulations governing CB products and services

-Able to challenge status quo

-Strong communication, problem solving, planning & organizing skills

-A good team player
