岗位职责：

1、负责出口跨境电商卖家客户（直客）的业务开发，包含中国卖家及海外卖家；

2、负责客户关系维护，增进客户关系，获得客户更多的份额支持；

3、负责每月完成销售业绩指标，能够独立完成客户的开发工作；

4、负责根据客户需求，定制服务方案；

5、针对货物流转过程中可能出现的问题，及时有效地与客户经行沟通，能够快速解决问题；

6、能与ZIM内部跨部门、跨地区的同事进行有效沟通，团队协作，促进业务的有效落地；

7、不定期出差拜访区域客户，参加展会了解行业信息，扩展客户资源；

8、按时完成领导交代的其他工作事项。

任职要求：

1、本科或以上学历，供应链与物流管理专业；

2、3年以上跨境物流销售经验，熟悉美国线的海空运操作流程；

3、拥有跨境电商卖家客户资源，包括中国卖家与海外卖家；

4、熟悉阿里巴巴国际站、亚马逊、eBay、沃尔玛、新蛋等知名跨境电商平台的物流运作模式，如FBM T86国际小包、FBA 空运、FBA海运（FCL & LCL）、WFS、前置保税仓、海外仓增值服务等；

5、善于团队沟通协调，有高度的责任心，工作积极主动，抗压能力强，有较高的职业素养；

6、良好的英文听说读写能力，能与客户进行电话和邮件沟通；

7、熟悉办公软件、OMS、TMS、WMS等软件系统。
