Job requirements:

职位要求：

1. Responsible for coordinating and arranging the logistics export operations of cross-border eCommerce, formulating standard operating procedures and document service procedures;

负责统筹和安排跨境电商的物流出口操作，制定标准操作流程及单证服务流程；

2. In view of the problems that may arise in the process of cargo circulation, communicate with customers in a timely and effective manner, and be able to quickly solve problems;

针对货物流转过程中可能出现的问题，及时有效地与客户经行沟通，能够快速解决问题；

3. Able to communicate effectively with colleagues across departments and regions within ZIM, work in a team, and promote the effective landing of the business;

能与ZIM内部跨部门、跨地区的同事进行有效沟通，团队协作，促进业务的有效落地；

4. Check bills with customers and suppliers every month, do a good job of settlement in a timely manner, and ensure that the accounts receivable and payable are normal;

每月与客户和供应商进行账单核对，及时做好结算工作，确保应收和应付账款正常；

5. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader on time

按时完成领导交代的其他工作事项

Qualifications

任职资格

1. College degree or above, major in supply chain and logistics management；

大专或以上学历，供应链与物流管理专业；

2. More than 3 years of cross-border logistics service and operation experience, familiar with the operation process of sea and air transportation on the US route;

3年以上跨境物流服务与运营经验，熟悉美国线的海空运操作流程；

3. Familiar with the logistics operation mode of famous cross-border eCommerce platforms such as Alibaba International Station, Amazon, eBay, Wal-Mart, Newegg, etc., such as FBM T86 international parcel, FBA air freight, FBA sea freight (FCL & LCL), WFS, Pre-bonded Warehouse, overseas warehouse value-added services, etc.;

熟悉阿里巴巴国际站、亚马逊、eBay、沃尔玛、新蛋等知名跨境电商平台的物流运作模式，如FBM T86国际小包、FBA 空运、FBA海运（FCL & LCL）、WFS、前置保税仓、海外仓增值服务等；

4. Good at team communication and coordination, have a high sense of responsibility, work proactively, and have a high professional quality;

善于团队沟通协调，有高度的责任心，工作积极主动，有较高的职业素养；

5. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, able to communicate with customers by phone and email;

良好的英文听说读写能力，能与客户进行电话和邮件沟通；

6. Familiar with office software, OMS, TMS, WMS and other software systems.
