Responsibilities:

1.Lead logistics team to manage direct materials, indirect materials, spare parts and capital equipment transportation. customs & CIQ declaration and import license application. 

2.Work with Finance and operation team to manage ONSC bonded material shipping and movement to meet Customs requirement. 

3.Control ONSC bonded materials for Customs EDI logbook reconciliation and legal compliance. 

4.Manage freight forwarding agent and set KPI on cycle times, costing and service responsiveness, ensure all OTD could meet or exceeding requirement with continuously improving. 

5.Develop logistics specifications and working instruction per TS16949 and ISO14000 criteria. 

6.Take the responsibility of Site Export Administrator; coordinate with Corp Trade Compliance for site compliance. 

7.Train, delegate and provide OJT and tools to logistics subordinates to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above.

2. At least 8 years of experience in logistics and Customs management in electronic Manufacture industry.

3. Proficient in Customs policy/process and Customs relationship building.

4. Good at computer and ERP system; strong data statistics and analysis ability.

5. Good communication skills in spoken and written English.

6. Good organizational skills, and has a strong ability to resist pressure and implementation.
