Position Title: Digital Analytics Manager

Reports to: Digital Store Director

Location: Shenzhen, China

DFS is the world's leading luxury retailer serving the travelers in the world. We are currently seeking a Digital Analytics Manager to join E-commerce team in China to support e-commerce platform operations.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage the Digital eCommerce store analytical & reporting support and applications

• Closely monitor and analyze key performance indictors to identify practice, opportunities and risks

• Produce the comprehensive reports and dashboards to all teams

• Leverage analytical methodologies to identify customer pain points and the root causes

• Collaborate with data scientists to conduct in-depth analysis on regular basis

• Continuously improve the reporting and analytics platform

  Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

• Bachelor's degree

• Minimum 6 years or more working experience in data analysis related area

• Experience with e-commerce content management system, order management system, digital analytics applications is a big plus

• Detail-oriented and strong problem solving ability

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills within a cross-functional team

• Good organizational skills, energetic self-starter and highly motivated

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment

• Native in Mandarin and proficiency in English
