Position: Finance Manager

The company Artixium Group is a LED display manufacturer planning to be a leader in coming years. The company is today a start up with huge investment coming from Europe and owned by European managers. 2 main business: OEM and distribution of High end product. Today Artixium Group is supplying products for very know customers around the world and needs the best team to develop the Group around the world as a leading company on the LED display market. Artixum is seeking for a finance manager who will be taking care of finance department and will be working close with our Hong Kong accounting colleagues and Shenzhen office.

This position will be responsible for completing activities applicable to,

Key Responsibilities:

- Product costing
- Capital budget preparation
- Operational variance analysis
- Annual operating plan development
- Internal compliance and control reviews
- Cost improvement analysis.
- Development of long term manufacturing plans for the site and identifying value optimization opportunities is a key deliverable.
- The site has significant tax advantages and adherence to financial and operational SOPs on the same is a key requirement.

Principal / Key Duties and responsibilities under Finance:

- Maintaining accounting process and system hygiene with adherence to SOPs
- Trial balance and Schedule review
- Managing the cost efficiency program of the unit with periodic review of site performance on key financial & operational indices and developing a cost roadmap with the factory leadership.
- Maintain costing systems and support new product costing.
Interaction with auditors (Statutory, Internal, Sox) with overall responsibility for the financial controls at the unit.
- Ensuring that the records/returns required under various commercial laws are kept/submitted properly and up-to-date, and also ensuring that various commercial laws (eg: Excise, Sales Tax, VAT, TDS, Service Tax, Works Contract, etc) are complied with.
- Working with the legal and central taxation team on handling excise/ service tax issues.
- Preparation of capital budgets for the unit. Evaluation of financial viability of capital investments and monitoring and controlling the capital spends
- Review of KPIs at third party processing locations, rate negotiations and financial control over operations.
- People development, including implementation of rigorous performance appraisal (KRA), closure of PDP process and training system for subordinates


Key requirements:
？ Knowledge of manufacturing processes
？ Good communication skill.
？ English understanding is important.
？ Able to organize work and plan busy schedule based on priority tasks.
？ Bachelor degree or above with finance.
？ Got CPA vertificate.
？ Living in Shenzhen and be willing to live in Baoan.

SALARY
？ RMB 20000 + bonus( one extra month)
