Job responsibilities:

1.Identify and develop supplier base in Communication industry commodities to meet company's project and production requirements in terms of quality,cost saving, on time delivery and service .

2.Implenenting Global and China Supply Chain strategy,objectives and plans.New product quotation for new programs (NPI) .Meet or exceed cost reduction goals on a quarterly basis through participation on cost reduction teams with customer .

3.Analysis and understanding of multi-level BOM, tooling
Working closely with suppliers and internally on cross functional teams Fluent, strong and effective communication and interpersonal skills with all levels engineers;
Vendor identification, evaluation, selection, and development;
Liaise with related parties for sample arrangement,review, production and order fulfillment;

Job Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree holder in mechanical amd electrical engineering.
2.Speak fluent English and can read English technical article 3 years independent working experience in connector designing ; especially in Connective industry Engineering
3.Good knowledge in plastic,metal material fabrication processes and tooling .Good supply networks within China are preferred. Work with passion and commitment.
