职位描述： 

Under general supervision in assigned human resources area, 

1.Support / assist site HR operations including Staffing, compensation & benefits, training and development,  employee relations, employee activities and Corp HR deployed programs.

2.Support site HR admin(daily operations).

3.Performs other duties as assigned.

1. Master degree in English major , News media, Language major or other released majors.

2. Good communication skills, proficiency in both written and spoken mandarin and English.

4. Strong sense of ownership and accountability, detail oriented, quick learner and team player.

5. Commitment to maintaining the confidentiality.

6. Being people-oriented, customer focus, resilient, confident and self-motivated with growth mindset.
