1.Recruit, train and manage promoters, handle promoters’ monthly salary calculation;

招聘、培训和管理促销员，以及每月促销员工资核算；

2.Achieve distribution targets while helps at implementing promotions by checking pricing, location, sales，etc;

达成渠道的销售目标，协助执行促销方案，如检查价格，陈列位置，产品销量等；

3.On-going development of wine knowledge and sales skills of yourself, conduct professional trainings with promoters regularly;

持续学习葡萄酒知识及销售技巧的提升，定期给促销员进行专业知识培训；

4.Make sure that Summergate’s products are properly displayed, tidy and have sufficient stocks;

保证公司有利的产品陈列位置并有充足的库存，整理排面，保持整洁；

5.Collect market information and prepare reports to sales manager;

收集市场信息，并定期提交相关销售报表给销售经理；

6.Manage and complement POS to certain outlets timely;

管理并及时发放补充促销物料；

7.Other tasks assigned by Channel Manager.

渠道经理安排的其他任务。

Requirements:

1. College or above, minimum 2 years sales experience, especially in managing promoters ;

大专或以上学历，两年以上促销员管理经验；

2. Proficient in KA operation, properly communication with clients and other departments;

熟悉卖场操作流程，善于与他人沟通；

3. Skillful in computer operations, eg. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.

能熟练操作办公软件；

4. Good team player, responsible, strong execution and full of passion with the job.

团队合作，责任心及执行力强，对工作充满热情。
