职位描述
岗位职责:
1、负责速卖通店铺日常运营管理,即上架产品、优化listing、处理订单和回复邮件等,并完成个人业绩目标;
2、根据产品的销量和排名变化,及时制定和调整销售策略及推广计划;
3、分析竞争对手情况,掌握市场趋势和变化,制定改善的可行性方案;
4、保障账号健康,ODR(订单缺陷率)低于1%,无侵权、违规和受限;
5、服从上级的指令,按时按质地完成上级交付的任务。
任职要求:
1、本科及以上学历;
2、CET-4及以上,读写能力较强;
3、熟练使用Excel、Word、PPT等办公软件;
4、吃苦耐劳,踏实肯干,能承受较大的工作压力;
5、有无工作经验皆可,优秀应届毕业生优先。

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for Amazon market investigation and analysis, develop products with market potential according to consumer demand;
2. Familiar with product development process, responsible for home, outdoor, beauty makeup, clothing and other products development;
