职位描述
岗位职责：
1、负责速卖通店铺日常运营管理，即上架产品、优化listing、处理订单和回复邮件等，并完成个人业绩目标；
2、根据产品的销量和排名变化，及时制定和调整销售策略及推广计划；
3、分析竞争对手情况，掌握市场趋势和变化，制定改善的可行性方案；
4、保障账号健康，ODR（订单缺陷率）低于1%，无侵权、违规和受限；
5、服从上级的指令，按时按质地完成上级交付的任务。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历；
2、CET-4及以上，读写能力较强；
3、熟练使用Excel、Word、PPT等办公软件；
4、吃苦耐劳，踏实肯干，能承受较大的工作压力；
