工作职责:

- To handle the technical processes from proto sample review to pre-production sample approval with emphasis on quality product engineering and timely completion of all tasks based on the required timeline.

- To provide suggestions or recommendations during development and pre-production stage in order to minimize the quality risk of bulk production, to improve the make/construction of the products and to get the best products.

- To liaise with Design team, PD & Production team and vendors/factories to solve the quality or construction issues during development and pre-production stage.

- To support Senior Technical Manager to conduct various training sessions to vendors/factories about the technical manuals.

- To train and develop subordinates for continuous improvement.

- To handle any ad hoc project assigned by direct Senior.

任职资格:

- At least 5-8 years of solid technical experience on textile/garment production and quality assurance in global sport apparel company

- Knowledgeable of garment make/construction, pattern/fitting, size specifications, embellishments and production

- Detailed oriented, good planning and organization skills

- Strong sense of responsibility

- Need for flexibility to cope with (ever-increasing) workloads
