1、全日制本科以上学历，专业不限。

2、负责公司体系流程文件的编制、修订及培训。

3、熟悉质量管理体系及其他企业管理体系，接受过专业培训，具有IATF16949推行实施经验，具有内审或外审经验。

4、性格开朗，沟通能力强，为人谦逊，有良好的服务意识
