职位描述

岗位职责:

A. Business Development & New Account Penetration (RP, TS, EX, EP)

1.To identify suitable targets & spearhead account engagement

2.To reach the effective contact windows, at the external customers' end and internal support/stakeholders/regional sales/TM

3.To hold regular customer engagement meetings

4.To conduct wide-audience marketing activities

5.To conduct focused-account marketing activities

6.To influence decisions in design & secure business opportunities

7.To reinforce value-selling through regular design exchanges

8.To understand product, components, material & process needs

9.To champion product qualification activities in projects/programs

10.To enforce comprehensive and regular reporting of front-end activities and/or business situation (internal, management and/or customers

B. Market Intelligence

1.To seek front-end business information/opportunities from customers

2.To engage personnel at all levels & functional departments

3.To understand customers' current focus & future action plans

4.To gather information on competition strength/weakness & activities

5.To consolidate market requirements and propose product development, with BD/TM/Engineering/Development Team in Asia and Europe

C. Market Survey/Research & Trend Analysis in Asia

1.To study new devices, specifications & influencing factors of market changes

2.To gather information on future roadmaps, market needs & trends, financial study

3.To translate product requirements into Wieland material demand

D.Facilitation in Training

1.To create training material, marketing tools

2.To lead and conduct new product roll-out in Asia

3.To conduct trainings and provide technology updates to Wieland team

E. Marketing Activities

1.To recommend and organize participation in exhibitions/ seminars/ advertisement

F.Innovation

1.To propose strategic partnerships

2.To evaluate/propose new business models, investments (eg. Licensing, competitor alliance, new local office, agent/distributor, merger&acquisition, new machineries..etc) and support the management in the implementation of those

G.Facilitation in Technical Support and Quality Matter

1.To manage response to engineering enquiries from customers                                                               


任职要求:                                                    

1.Minimum 2 years of front-line (direct) management of customers with a good mix of responsibilities spanning from application engineering, technical services, business development & marketing work.

2.Knowledge of copper & copper alloys, metal business & manufacturing experiences with good customer network in the Commercial Vehicle / Passenger Car / Transmission & equivalent markets.

3.University degree or equivalent, majoring in material science, metallurgy, mechanical engineering or equivalent engineering disciplines.

4.Diploma in engineering with suitable industrial experience would be considered.

5.Strong presentation skills in English & Chinese languages, especially good ability in articulation, for the purpose of wide audience presentations. Able to effectively execute engineering coordination / exchanges with external & internal customers in both languages is mandatory.

6.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, product design tools & SAP.

7.Out-going with a passion to serve customers.

8.English & Chinese languages. Good writing, reading & speaking abilities in both languages.
