职位描述
Key Area of Responsibility:
a.Manage sales efforts, including activities of sales representatives, negotiation and
sales functions, and monitoring of contract.
b.Develop and retain OEM key account and strategic business partners.
c.Develop and manage regional dealer distribution network.
d.Develop and supervise the preparation, issuance, and delivery of sales materials, exhibit,
seminars and other promotion activities.
e.Assists in the annual budget planning process and regularly monitor expenditures.
f.Maintain and monitor records and reports, maintain shipping, receiving, and order fulfilment
functions to ensure timely customer services.
g.Be responsible for verifying customer credit, and track account receivable.
Requirements:
a.Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide
range of constituencies in a diverse community.
b.Knowledge of OEM customer development and maintainance, and dealer distribution
network principles, methods, and techniques.
c.Project sales management experience is a plus.
d.Ability to communicate effectively both oral and written
e.Ability to investigate and analyse information and draw conclusion
f. Ability to negotiate and manage contractual arrangement
gSkill in establishing procedures and formulating policy, and developing and implementing
strategies and procedures.
h.3+ years of sales experience in term of LED lighting such as module and driver.
i.Ability to write report in English.
j.Post-secondary education in related areas
k.Have personal car prefered with driving licence.
