Job Responsibility 岗位职责:

1. Preparation of bookkeeping and reporting，Payment application review，Bank payment process.

负责会计全盘账和报表编制工作，审核付款申请单，银行付款操作。

2. Preparation of all related bookkeeping documents，Voucher input，bank reconciliation，review the documents, issue invoices and keep filing.

准备所有与会计凭证相关的资料，会计凭证录入，银行对帐，单据审核，开具与保管发。

3. Responsible for month end closing，responsible for financial report and management report preparation.

完成月度结账工作，完成财务报表和内部管理报表的编制工。

4. Responsible for monthly and quarterly tax filing，Responsible for CIT annual filing.

负责完成月度和季度的纳税申报工作，负责完成年度所得税汇算清缴工作。

5. Financial related documents filing.

所有财务相关资料的装订和档案管理。

6. answer the questions and give the advise related with the finance to clients.

负责回答客户对财务相关的提问。

7. Other tasks are assigned.

完成安排的其他工作。

Qualification 任职要求

1.Junior college degree or above, Accounting, financial and other professional are a plus.

专科以上学历，会计、金融等相关专业，有中级职称优先。

2.Familiarity with standard computer skills, such as MS-Office (Excel, Word,PPT etc.) and financial software（Kingdee）.

熟练操作电脑，能熟练使用办公自动化软件，如Excel，Word，PPT等，和财务软件如金蝶。

3.Fluent in both oral and written English, CET 6 is a plus.

优秀的英语听说读写能力，6级以上水平优先。

4. Responsible, good communication and interpersonal skills, Self-motivated, initiative and task oriented, able to work under pressure.有责任心，善于沟通，有进取心，学习能力强，能承受压力工作，有良好的团队合作精神。

5.Familiar with financial knowledge, More than two years of work experience
