HR Senior Officer
Job Summary
The position is responsible for processing employees' payroll and benefits timely and accuracy,
supporting operations and the safety committee with plans and activities to eliminate employee injuries, improving the UPS safety culture, raising safety awareness, and eliminating unsafe behaviors, other administration such as shuttle bus and canteen management.
Responsibilities
1. Compensation & Benefit
- In charge of monthly payroll reports preparation, and coordinate with Finance to ensure timely and accuracy payment.
- Responsible for social and commercial insurance, and housing fund processing.
- Ensure accuracy of records on the payroll system through checks & control reports.
- Annual Special working hours renewal and application.
2. Health & Safety Program
- Tracking Health and Safety Training and communicates with Operation Management to ensure timely completion of trainings.
- Update safety related reports and data timely and accuracy.
- Conducts training audit to ensure employees foundational knowledge on proper safety processes, procedures, and habits.
- Ensures safety committee meetings are scheduled and all safety documentation is current and updated to conform to safety standards.
- Coordinates cross-functionally with other departments to create safety activities to promote employee engagement and heighten health and safety communication.
- Implements corporate, region, and district health and safety activities and recognition programs to foster a World Class safety culture, and promote employee engagement and heighten health and safety communication.
3. Administration management
- Shuttle bus, canteen management, provide the update shuttle arrangement to vendor when vocation or other department business requirements; monthly payment and yearly contract renewal following up.
- Employee communication, forward district communication announcement, PCM, Brief, Memo, draft local communication.
- Support supervisor's community activity to implement annual goal.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree and above, major in Human Resource or English preferred.
- Excellent command of English (Above CET-6) and Chinese.
- Good computer skills in Powerpoint, Excel and Word.
- Self-motivated team player, good interpersonal and communication skills to establish and maintain effective work relationship with others in different level.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented and customer service-oriented.
- Responsible and conscientious. Able to work under high stress.
- Work Schedule: 8 hours/5 days.
- Day shift 09:00-18:00; some time is 14:00-23:00 if need.
